Annette Funicello measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size

Annette Funicello had just turned thirteen when Walt Disney, the studio's head of production, saw her dancing in the Fullerton California amateur Swan Lake. In spite of the opposition from the Mickey Mouse Club co-stars, Funicello became a part of the cast in the show's first season. She was not even obliged to take part in auditions. Disney's instincts were correct Funicello soon became the most popular Mickey Mouse Club performer. The story she wrote for her own show Adventures in Dairyland also featured her. Funicello was forced to record records in order to achieve her goals as a teenager star. Annette didn't like her vocals, however Disney used Tutti Kamerata who had a successful career in recording business. Funicello gradually grew comfortable with recording and enjoyed working with Camerata, one of the very few arrangers in their 40s that understood the fundamentals of early rock. Annette Sings Anka was the third record, possibly one of the first albums to feature the songs of rock stars in the set list of songs. Funicello co-starred with Frankie Avalon in Beach Party. This was the first in a sequence of films about beach parties that became immensely popular. The scripts for all of these movies were thoroughly reviewed and endorsed by Walt Disney so as to protect Annette's image.
