Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County California. With my wonderful partner JP and my jolly father Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and most people follow me. I write about my daily life, positive and negative. When I was 1 and a half years old My family and I came from the United States to America. If not because of the sacrifices made by my parents I might not even be here today sharing the journey with you. Knowing I had an opportunity for a better life, I strived to make them proud and had a clear vision when it came to success. I had a plan for my life: university, get a job, get married, buy an apartment and have children. I thought that was the definition of success. However, life had other plans to show me the meaning of success. It was 2013 when I realized that I was not happy being in my job as a corporate employee. Status and money did inspire me. I felt like I wasted my time to earn an income. I possessed a love of fitness and having fun and helping people as I navigated towards this new path in life I found my calling in personal training. It was in 2014 that I founded my small company and it will be 7 years since my birthday in 2021. It's rare to meet an Asian female in the business. As coach, my mission is to encourage people to live a healthy and happy life by creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to every person's individual needs and desires. It is my aim to inspire others to pursue their goals and lead the lives they've always dreamed of. As my professional career took flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. The loss of my mother is worst of all. She has won the eight-year struggle with Scleroderma. Then she's in Heaven and I'll keep her in my heart. Life's lessons are often hidden from us however they are highly beneficial. My mother's abrupt death that altered my life for the better. In my opinion, that it provided me with a chance to live my living a full and fulfilling life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She had her chance to begin her new life, and I got the chance to lead a fulfilling and happy life. When I reach the 30's I am more alive than ever. It is true that I live my life today rather than just existing like I was previously. My experiences are shared with you so that I can be able to share my stories and words. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. It is possible to getting anything you'd like in your life. Therapy is essential as is regular. Health is the greatest asset. I wish you to live your life to the fullest and end it without regrets because death is the sole thing promised to us in our life.
